CYCLOTRON II is the sequel of CYCLOTRON but now supports 4 players, each of which can be human or computer controlled. For 3 or 4 human players, you'll need a parallel port adaptor as supplied with commercial games such as Gauntlet II and DynaBlaster. Cyclotron is a 4-player version of light cycles, played as a tournament over 20 rounds against a variety of computer opponents. The computer opponents are either slow or fast bikes, yours is always dual-speed. Normally you move at the slower speed, hold down the fire button to move faster. Each opponent is worth a bounty based on his abilities. There is also a bonus for completing a round in a short time - make the most of these on the
earlier rounds, the chance of scoring a time bonus against multiple opponents is very slim. The game ends when you complete round 20, in which case a 5000 point championship bonus is awarded, or when you hit a wall, when you will earn a survival bonus based on the number of rounds completed.
